CHICKEN BALL SOUP

Ingredients:

1 lb. of ground chicken 
2 carrots, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
3-4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed or noodles
Parsley or dill (optional)
1 tbsp. of olive oil
Water
Salt
Ground pepper (optional)
 
In a pot, sauté the onion with some olive oil, cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled water, grated carrots, potatoes, and cook, for 12 minutes.
Add chop parsley or dill into ground chicken. Skip parsley/ dill  step if your child does not like them. Add salt and pepper.

Using wet hands, form chicken mixture into small balls. Drop balls into the soup, and cook, for 7 minutes.

You can cook this soup with noodles instead of potatoes. Check the label on the noodle package for cooking times.
